Pull on joy like it is a thread. Let it unravel. Let it pull you Home.
Your joy is yours alone.
Your joy is not dependent on anything outside of you.
Your joy cannot be taken from you.
Your joy is a response, a delight in something you see, or hear, or sense, or smell, or taste, or touch.
Your joy is your treasure.
It is the result of an interaction between you and your environment, between you and Source.
Your joy, and your capacity for joy, is a result of you allowing Source to flow through you.
It is a welcoming of that greater You.
Joy is a result of recognizing the bigger part of You, the larger possibility of you.
All beings, all things alive are actually two things: the seen and the unseen. You can see a person or a flower. But can you see the aliveness of that person or flower? Some of you can. There are words for this sight: aura, glow, golden light, etc.
But this does not matter. You do not need to see it. It is the recognizing of something greater, of that larger part, that is important.
It is difficult to find joy in a world that needs explaining, that needs ‘proof.’ Children delight in the world because they still remember how to play and interact with it. You still know how to do this, but may have found your self in a place where you feel foolish, where you limit your self.
It is like taking sips through a straw, instead of immersing your self in a luxurious bath. Your joy hovers somewhere between the straw and the bath.
How much are you willing to open your self and feel wonder, delight, satisfaction, pleasure? Can you speak with a flower, a tree, a butterfly? What is it that draws you? That makes you pause? A bird in flight? A sunset? The wind?
What it your joy?
Do you even know?
Become a collector of your own joy. Come to know your self, your joy.
Pull on joy like it is a thread. Let it unravel. Let it pull you Home.
We love you so much,
